Payment & Shipping Terms

• IMPORTANT FOR ALL CUSTOMERS TO READ FIRST: We do not send out order confirmations or shipment notifications from our site. The e-mails/notifications that you receive from PayPal serve as your payment confirmation. USA orders receive a shipment notification with tracking information once the shipping label has been printed at our warehouse. That shipment notification is e-mailed by PayPal at the time of the label creation. For international customers outside of the USA, you will not receive a shipment notification, as the shipping method we use (First Class International; explained further below) does not offer notifications and is the most cost-effective for our customers. International shipments that include detailed tracking or express service cost upwards of $30 USD per shipment, thus the reason we do not even offer that service as the cost of shipping would exceed the actual item ordered. However, for both USA and international customers, tracking information will appear next to your payment in your PayPal account overview once your package has been shipped. • CUSTOMER ADDRESS (VERY IMPORTANT): Please make sure the shipping address you have provided into your PayPal account is 100% correct and that it is your current address. Please do not contact us asking to ship to an alternate address. As per PayPal's policy, we are ONLY permitted to ship to the address provided in your PayPal account. Please verify that everything is correct in your account before submitting the final payment. If you provide an incorrect or old address with your order and the package ends up being returned to us, you will be responsible for a re-shipping fee to have the package re-shipped to your updated/correct address, as the incorrect address would not be our fault. We simply copy & paste the EXACT address you provide onto our shipment labels. If the package ends up lost, damaged or stolen in transit as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot provide a replacement or refund.

• INT'L CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: In some instances, due to recent customs changes in select countries, your package may seem to take slightly longer than normal to arrive. Please understand this delay is completely and 100% out of our control. Including Canada, Australia and some countries within Europe, packages can be delayed in your country's customs department waiting for approval to pass thru to you. In rare cases, there have been instances of packages taking over a month to arrive, while the postmark on the package would show that we shipped the package immediately after the order was placed. In MOST circumstances, the packages arrive in a timely fashion with no issues. We will notify a customer immediately if we received a returned package for any reason. Please read below, under 'Shipping Terms', for normal delivery times.

PAYMENT METHOD:

• We accept PayPal and debit/credit card (through PayPal's service).
• Money orders and checks in US funds can be mailed to our office. Please contact us for order instructions if your only option for payment is a money order or check.
• Your order will be processed (in maximum 3 working days) and shipped after payment.

SHIPPING TERMS:

• We use USPS as our main shipping carrier.
• Full tracking is available for all domestic US orders. Int'l orders are shipped via First Class International Mail and include a basic tracking/customs number in most countries. Full tracking is available in select int'l cities/countries.
• After the package has left our facility, for US customers, it normally takes about 7-10 business days for the shipment to arrive at your address by US Postal Service. Canadian customers can expect 14-18 days in most circumstances. Europe, Australia and other int'l countries will take 15-25 days. Some other areas/countries will sometimes take a little longer, depending on that particular country's customs service.
• Not responsible for customs duties, taxes, fees, or delays out of our control. However, as a courtesy, we do mark all of our shipments as "gifts" to you and enter low value amounts on the contents.

RETURN POLICY:

• If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase because you feel the item is not what was described or is defective, please contact us immediately before filing a dispute case with PayPal. We will work to resolve your concerns.
• This return policy does not apply if it's related to the buyer's mistakes: wrong item purchased, wrong size, wrong address provided, etc.
